Ingredients:

fennel fruit, anise fruit, dill fruit, chokeberry fruit, caraway fruit, hawkweed leaf, thyme leaf, nettle leaf, chamomile flower

Preparation:

One teaspoon is poured with 1/4 liter of boiling water, left to stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strained. The infusion is always prepared fresh.

Recommended dosage:

Drink up to 3 times a day throughout the breastfeeding period.
