Semolina fusilli
Durum wheat semolina has been used for centuries to produce high-quality pasta. Due to its particularly good cooking properties, durum wheat has become an integral part of Mediterranean gourmet cuisine. A special feature is the production using a bronze forming wheel. This roughens the surface of the pasta and makes it easier for sauces to be absorbed.
