Ingredients:
Chamomile flower (Flos chamomillae).
Preparation:
Pour 1 tablespoon of boiling water over 250 ml, steep for 15 minutes. Then strain.
Recommended dosage:
1 - 2 cups per day. Also suitable for external use.

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C and a humidity of up to 70%.
