Ingredients (in 1 infusion bag):
Echinacea herb 480 mg, rosehip fruit 288 mg, sea buckthorn fruit 256 mg, chamomile flower 160 mg, mallow herb 160 mg, mint herb 96 mg, thyme herb 80 mg, meadowsweet herb 80 mg.
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let steep for 15 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
1 cup per day.
