Whole grain cereal porridge 3-grain

from 6 months

• With rice, corn and millet, exactly the right amount of vitamin B1 - that's all
• Without milk
• 100% whole grain rice and millet
• Without added sugar*, salt, spices or flavorings (* contains naturally occurring sugars)

Ingredients: whole grain rice flour* 70%, corn flour** 20%, whole millet flour* 10%, Thiamine (vitamin B1, fortified by law).

Preparation:
1. Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to approx. 50 °C.
2. Add 6 tablespoons (25 g) of cereal flakes.
3. Mix everything well, let the porridge soak briefly and make sure it is consumed at the correct temperature (37 °C). Enjoy!
Alternatively, you can also prepare cereal porridge with 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk or water or Holle infant formula made from cow's or goat's milk (150 -170 ml).
