Ingredients:

yellow-green marigold, horsetail, common yarrow, white birch, common turnip

Preparation:

Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 teabag of the mixture. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes in a covered container.

Recommended dosage:

Drink the tea twice a day, morning and evening. The infusion is also used for sitz baths.
