Thanks to the slow and careful fermentation with our kombucha culture, three added probiotic strains (Bifidobacterium lactis BIO5764, Lactobacillus brevis BIO6018, Lactobacillus rhamnosus BIO6870) and spices, it has taken on a whole new life. Ginger warms and soothes upset digestion, while cloves have a disinfecting effect on all mucous membranes. The sparkling balance between the intense tea flavor, the sharp ginger in contrast with the cinnamon and cloves and the hint of caramel is breathtaking.
