Grilled vegetables in oil

Zucchini, peppers and eggplant - vegetables grown in Italy - sun-ripened and freshly processed. They are harvested by hand, then grilled, refined with wine vinegar and marinated in oil. Not only as an appetizer, but also ideal as a side dish for fish or meat dishes. Serve with a fresh baguette or toasted white bread.
