Goat milk with a longer shelf life
Our organic goat milk comes from goats raised in a species-appropriate manner. In the summer, our farmers' animals are fed grass, clover and fresh herbs. In the winter, only hay and grain. This way, they give us the best organic milk of the highest quality all year round. The milk is only exposed to a higher temperature for a few seconds. This way, it is possible to extend the shelf life by several days in a gentle way, without additives, with full flavor.
