Try preparing a lemon balm infusion before going to bed, it has a delicious taste and lemon scent. All in BIO quality. The farm is certified in organic farming, farming on less than 2 hectares of arable land in the Podkrkonoší region. Handmade without the use of mechanization so that the best quality is maintained.
Ingredients:
organic lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
Preparation:
Pour boiling water (approx. 200ml) over a teaspoon per cup and let it stand for 5-10 minutes, depending on your taste.
