Dried Shiitake
Also known as Panama mushroom because it grows on the Panama tree in its native Asia, it smells of garlic and is particularly suitable for drying. Its spicy taste intensifies when dried. You can use dried Shiitake mushrooms in soups, sauces and fried dishes.
