Ingredients: Cinnamon, coriander, bay leaf, star anise, allspice - all in powder form. Nutritional values per 100g: Energy 1750kJ / Fat 6.5g of which saturated fat 0.5g / Carbohydrates 68g of which sugar 1g / Protein 7g / Salt 1g. Preparation: Stewed duck with five spices: In a large pan, dissolve 3 tablespoons of brown sugar with 60 ml of water. Stir until the sugar becomes syrupy. Add two tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of Pae-Lo seasoning and 120ml of water. Place the duck in the pan and coat all sides with the marinade.
