A little thicker and as long as spaghetti, these hollow pastas are popular with children and adults alike.
The Alce Nero Association, the Italian manufacturer of the RAPUNZEL pasta brand, grows all the spelt and most of the durum wheat for the production of its pastas. The rest of the wheat is purchased from organic farmers in the regions of Umbria, Puglia and Tuscany, and the pasta is therefore of purely Italian origin. The only other ingredient in the basic pasta line is spring water from the forests of the Cesane plateau. The production is carried out in the traditional way, i.e. by slow drying for more than 8 hours at low temperatures of up to 65 °C. This is why this pasta has a natural characteristic taste and an ideal texture when cooked al dente. We can really recommend Italian pasta RAPUNZEL even to true lovers of this dish.
