BIO Matcha Zdravý den® is a type of green tea powder, grown according to the rules of organic farming. Fresh tea leaves are ground into a fine powder of light green color, from which it is possible to prepare traditional matcha tea or the powder can be used to prepare cold drinks, culinary specialties, or added to smoothies, cocktails or desserts.

Usage: To prepare tea, stir 1/2-1  teaspoon (1-3g) in a cup of hot water with a temperature of up to 70°C. The tea can be flavored with milk, honey, lime or syrup. You can mix a teaspoon of matcha powder (approx. 3g) into smoothies, milk and fruit cocktails, desserts or pour it over cold water.

Ingredients: 100% green tea (Matcha, Camellia sinensis)  in powder from organic farming.
