The AF designation means Alcohol Free – a product with 0% alcohol content. Unique technology and multiple extraction were used in production. AF tinctures retain the maximum amount of active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herb used.

Elm meadowsweet is a perennial herb reaching a height of up to 200 cm. It is widely found throughout Europe except for the southernmost corners. In phytotherapy, the leaves are used, which have a positive effect on the function of the urinary system, especially the kidneys, and support the excretion of water from the body.

Elm meadowsweet supports normal heart and respiratory system activity. It helps maintain healthy joints and has a positive effect on skin health. It has a positive effect on the body's natural defenses and blood cholesterol levels. Contributes to mental health and relaxation.

Recommended dosage and method of preparation: After shaking, take 20 drops 3 times a day. We recommend putting it in the mouth and letting it absorb through the mucous membranes. It can be washed down with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 2,421 mg of fresh plant matter.
