Ingredients:

Rosehip fruit, hibiscus flower, apple fruit, raspberry leaf 15%, lemongrass stalk 10%, blackberry leaf, aroma, raspberry fruit 5%.

Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 10 minutes.

Recommended dosage:

2 to 3 cups per day.
