Semolina pasta
This durum wheat pasta is made from semolina, which is comparable in terms of grinding to regular wheat flour with type numbers between 550 and 812. To make the dough, the semolina is continuously mixed with water and kneaded until the desired consistency is reached. dough, which is pressed through suitable dies.
