Icing sugar

The raw Demeter cane sugar that is processed into icing sugar comes from a small farming cooperative in Paraguay. Further processing takes place in a special sugar factory in Germany. There it is ground very finely, which gives it a light color.

Icing sugar is ideal for sprinkling desserts, pastries and sweets, for icing and sponge cake bases.
