The most chocolaty chocolate - just cocoa mass, cocoa butter and cocoa nibs - nothing more. Thanks to the addition of cocoa butter, it melts on the tongue, despite the 100% cocoa content. The fine, slightly fruity Dominican cocoa adds a taste that lingers on the palate without being overly intense. The crunchy cocoa nibs further enhance the pure cocoa taste.
Why doesn't the product have the word chocolate in its name? By law, only a product containing some sweetener can be called chocolate.
