Zdravý den® organic shredded coconut is made from the pulp of fresh, organically grown coconuts, which are shredded into small pieces and gently dried. Thanks to the processing method, they are beautifully crunchy and have a pleasant coconut aroma and taste. Suitable for direct consumption, in muesli, smoothies, yoghurts, desserts, fruit salads, for baking or as an ingredient in exotic dishes.
