The coconuts from which our grated coconut is obtained are grown in a traditional organic way. The coconuts are cracked and after removing the brown skin, grated, treated with steam and gently dried. We use grated coconut not only for baking and cooking, in yogurt, muesli and desserts, but also in Asian curry mixtures and other savory dishes.
