This soft oat bar contains only honest ingredients in organic quality. Gluten-free oatmeal with a generous portion of chocolate is perfectly complemented by a paste of roasted sunflower seeds and roasted cashew nuts. Then just a few roasted cashews, shea butter and a pinch of salt. The bar is lightly sweetened with coconut syrup. It is a great source of fiber from oatmeal and nuts, which makes it a nutritionally balanced snack. We can take it on the go as a quick and hearty snack, or enjoy it just for a snack.
