This soft processed cheese is made only from butter, cheese and cottage cheese, to which melting salt in the form of a harmless citric acid salt is then added. Cheese, cottage cheese and butter are made from Czech milk from cows raised on organic farms. The cheese has a delicate, balanced taste and creamy consistency. It is ideal for spreading on pastries, but it can also be used in the preparation of hot dishes.
