This sour cream is made from milk from cows that live on organic farms. It has a fresh, slightly sour taste and a creamy consistency. Unlike conventional products, it does not contain stabilizers or thickeners. Sour cream is suitable for preparing salads, but also for flavoring sauces. We can also enjoy it as a refreshing dessert with fresh fruit and muesli.
BENEFITS OF ORGANIC MILK IN GENERAL: Cows are not allowed to consume genetically modified crops and animal feed (so-called meat and bone meal). Mad cow disease has never been proven in any organically bred cow. The use of hormones and preventive administration of antibiotics is prohibited. If an animal needs to be treated with antibiotics, the period during which its milk is not processed for sale is extended by at least twice compared to conventional farms.
