The basis of this yogurt is unthickened white yogurt from excellent Alpine milk, which is flavored with strawberry puree and lightly sweetened with sugar. Under the lid are coated chocolate rings colored with beetroot juice. This yogurt is especially popular with children.
Berchtesgadener Land yogurt is made from milk from free-range cows, which choose the mountain herbs that they like the most. This is reflected not only in the nutritional value of the milk, but also in its aroma and taste. The milk has a creamier yellowish color compared to regular milk, a delicious taste and a pleasant aroma.
BENEFITS OF ORGANIC MILK: Cows are not allowed to consume genetically modified crops and animal feed (so-called meat and bone meal). Mad cow disease has never been proven in any organically bred cow. The use of hormones and preventive administration of antibiotics is prohibited. If the animal needs to be treated with antibiotics, the period during which its milk is not processed for sale is extended by at least twice compared to conventional breeding.
