Pai Mu Tan means white peony in translation. It is a true white tea from China with a very delicate taste and aroma. It has a pleasant proportion of tips that are richly fluffed. Drying is done in the sun, which gives it a rich sweet aroma and a light, slightly sweet, refreshing taste. The infusion has a slightly ocher color.
