Gnocchi

Classic gnocchi is fresh pasta made from durum wheat and organic potatoes. You can fry them in a pan, bake them or heat them in tomato sauce.

Ingredients:Water, durum wheat*, potatoes* (20%), potato starch*, sea salt, rice flour*, turmeric*, tomato powder*
* from certified organic farming.

Preparation: Fry in a pan with hot oil for about 3-4 minutes.

Store in the refrigerator (2-7°C). After opening, consume within 3 days.
