These delicious noodles are made from black and brown rice and water. You won't find anything else in them. Thanks to their beautiful purple-black color, you can create a truly unique dish. They are ready in less than 5 minutes. Available in other gluten-free versions made from rice or buckwheat.
Ingredients:Rice flour from black rice* 60%, whole grain rice flour*, water
*from controlled organic production
Preparation: Boil in plenty of water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Store in a cool and dry place.
