The product contains seasoning for 20 servings of Pho and is packaged in an individual sachet. Ingredients: Salt, sugar, beef fat, beef broth, spices, dextrose, yeast extract, fish sauce (fermented anchovies and maltodextrin), disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate. Seasoning filter sachets individually packed inside. Required ingredients: 2kg beef flank or brisket, 500g beef tendon, 1 large onion, 2 slices ginger. Preparation: Blanch the meat for 15 minutes. Discard the solution and rinse the meat. Place the meat in a pot and add enough water to cover the meat and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Dissolve Quoc Viet Beef Pho Paste. Do not tear the seasoning filter sachets (they are part of the soup paste). After boiling for about 15 minutes, remove the spice filter bags. After 1 hour of cooking, remove the meat from the pot.
