Rosehip cold sauce is made according to traditional recipes and is excellent as a side dish for dark meats and summer barbecues. Use: The taste of rosehip sauce goes perfectly with game (wild boar leg) and dark meats. However, the flavor of rosehip sauce also goes well with other meats, such as rabbit and lamb. An interesting combination is with smoked tongue or cheeses. After opening, keep the cold sauce refrigerated and use within 2 months of opening. Store rosehip sauce in a dry and dark place.
