Coconut croissants with cranberries

Croches made from shortcrust spelt dough spread with apricot jam and sprinkled with coconut flakes and cranberries. Dipped in dark chocolate.

For proper storage of counter goods, 16 - 22 °C is ideal.
An opened box has a shelf life of 1 to 4 weeks.
Products that are fragile are packaged in layers under a protective atmosphere. This means that only one layer is open at a time, the other layers remain protected.
