Spelt rolls with currant jam

Spelt shortcrust pastry and slightly sour currant jam decorated with a little milk chocolate.

For proper storage of counter goods, 16 - 22 °C is ideal.
An opened box has a shelf life of 1 to 4 weeks.
Products that are fragile are packaged in layers under a protective atmosphere. This means that only one layer is always open, the other layers remain protected.
