The capsules contain vitamin D3 from lichens, do not contain animal ingredients and are therefore also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Immune system and much more - Vitamin D3 contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the immune system, - contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

Vitamin D3 is only found in a few foods, such as fatty sea fish, liver and egg yolk; 80-90% of the vitamin D3 requirement is generated by the body itself using UV-B light through the skin. With 1000 IU per capsule, the supply of vitamin D3 is ensured even with low self-synthesis:

• In the winter months (reduced sunlight)
• In old age (lower self-synthesis)
• When using sunscreen (sunscreens reduce the production of vitamin D by up to 95%)
• If you prefer to stay indoors
