Sweet, fluffy, gluten-free brioches do not contain lactose or preservatives. You can enjoy them for breakfast with jam, sweet spread or nut butter. They are also ideal as a quick snack on the go.
Ingredients:Rice flour, corn starch, water, sugar, eggs, rice starch, vegetable margarine (palm fat, water, rapeseed oil, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid (natural flavor), glucose syrup, vegetable fiber (psyllium), thickener: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, acidifier: citric acid; flavorings.
