Gluten-free sourdough bread, which is most similar in taste and consistency to our Czech sourdough bread. It does not contain gluten, wheat, milk, eggs and preservatives. Specially developed for people with gluten sensitivity.

Ingredients: Corn starch, water, sourdough 14% (rice flour, water), buckwheat flour 11%, rice flour, vegetable fiber (psyllium), rice starch, sugar syrup, sunflower oil, SOY PROTEIN, sorghum flour, yeast, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt
May contain traces of mustard seeds.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
After opening, consume within a few days or freeze immediately.
