Gluten-free croissants - four golden brown croissants with a delicate vanilla flavor. Perfect even without baking in the oven! Specially developed for people with gluten sensitivity.
Ingredients: Corn starch, water, yeast (14%; rice flour, water), fruit extract (carob, apple), vegetable margarine (vegetable oil and butter in varying proportions (sunflower oil with high oleic acid content, shea butter), water, salt, lemon juice, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), humectant: sorbitol; vegetable fiber (psyllium), yeast, sunflower oil, rice flour, soy protein, rice starch, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; honey, dried egg white*, salt, coloring: carrot and apple concentrate; natural flavor.
