Linseed and buckwheat - a combination that is made for our wheat and gluten-free flour. Thanks to the fiber-rich Mix It Dunkel, breads are particularly crispy, to name just one of the recipes that can be ideally prepared with it. 100% without added milk, eggs, lactose, palm oil and preservatives.
