Goat Camembert
Schlierbacher organic goat Camembert – made from the best goat milk. Production and maturation using special mold cultures results in a soft cheese dough that melts in your mouth.
Made in the Schlierbach monastery cheese dairy in the heart of Upper Austria, where the tradition of cheese making began in 1924.
45% fat in dry matter
Ingredients: GOAT MILK*, salt, animal rennet, lactic acid cultures, mold cultures
