Sheep Camembert
Pasteurized soft cheese with mold, with a ripening period of at least 14 days. Its taste is sweeter, with a delicate flavor of sheep's milk, the smell is fresh with a pronounced mushroom aroma and the consistency is soft, supple.
Suitable for dry or semi-dry wine (Riesling or young Pinot Gris).
This camembert is naturally lactose-free (lactose content less than 0.1 g).
Fat content in dry matter at least 45%.
Made in the Schlierbach monastery dairy in the heart of Upper Austria, where the tradition of cheese making began in 1924.
