Ciabatta olive for baking, gluten-free
Gluten-free corn ciabatta with olives. The dough is made from corn starch and natural rice sourdough. Bread that should not be missed during the grilling season.
Ingredients: water, corn starch* 28%, natural rice sourdough* (rice flour*, water), olives* 6% (green and black olives*), linseed flour*, sunflower oil*, rice flour*, corn flour* 3%, psyllium seed husks*, pea protein, dextrose*, yeast*, sea salt, thickener: guar gum*, xanthan gum

Preparation: Bake the unwrapped pastry in the oven at 200 °C for approximately 10 minutes.
