Fermented sea buckthorn juice - or sea buckthorn shot - consists only of fresh sea buckthorn juice and lemon juice, which provide it with a decent portion of vitamins and antioxidants. It is sweetened with apple juice - to keep a smile on our faces while drinking. Vitamin C is susceptible to heat treatment, so instead of pasteurization, fermentation is used for shots. The drink is treated with probiotics, which deepen its taste and enrich it with lactobacilli and lactic acid.
