Tuna in BIO extra olive oil

Tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) is caught in the eastern Atlantic (Canary Islands) by small fishermen in a traditional way. In addition to preserving stocks and avoiding bycatch, this fishing method also significantly contributes to the quality of the product, as the fish are caught without stress and bruising, as when caught in nets, is avoided.
The catch is certified "dolphin-safe" by the Earth Island Institute.
