Shirataki FIT in the shape of spaghetti bold has almost no calories, does not contain fats, sugars, proteins or gluten and is vegan. The fiber found in the product contains trace amounts of carbohydrates in the form of glucomannan, which is almost indigestible for the human body. Only a small amount is digested in the small intestine, which is why the energy value of shirataki pasta is only 8 kcal/100 g. Shirataki FIT is soaked in a liquid with a characteristic aroma, which disappears completely when rinsing with running cold water and is not at all felt in the prepared dish. Shirataki FIT has no taste or smell - it takes on the smell and aroma from the sauce, soup or other ingredients of the dish with which it is mixed.
