Mini sweet and sour spring rolls

Mini spring rolls with sweet and sour exotic vegetable filling with pineapple in spelt dough

Ingredients:Filling: white cabbage* (fermented with lactic acid) (22%), tofu* (9%) (water, soybeans*, stiffener: nigari), pineapple* (7%), carrots* (7%), white cabbage* (7%), ALMONDS*, mung bean sprouts*, raisins*, potato flakes*, spices* (contains MUSTARD*), salt; Dough: water, SPELL FLOUR* (15%), sunflower oil*, salt
*from controlled organic production

Preparation: Fry in a pan with a little fat on both sides over a low flame/level for about 4 - 6 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
