Sweetened Creme Patisserie with 25% vegetable fat is an ideal alternative to whipping cream. It is perfect for preparing cake fillings, decorations, toppings for fruit salads, puddings, ice creams, etc. Creme Patisserie will provide you with up to four times more volume after whipping and long-lasting stiffness without the need for stiffeners. To achieve optimal whipping, we recommend cooling the product to a temperature of 6 °C to 8 °C before use. Creme does not contain lactose.
