Thai Rice Noodles

These white rice noodles are made from organic white rice. They are very soft and taste good with the spicy and umami flavors of Japanese cuisine. They are 100% gluten-free, so everyone will enjoy these noodles. They are delicious with a light lemon or hearty peanut sauce. They also go well with a hearty (miso) seaweed soup or vegetarian dishes with tofu or seitan. Ready in less than 5 minutes!

Preparation: Boil in a large amount of water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
