Konjac Spaghetti

An alternative to traditional wheat noodles. A noodle-like product made from konjac flour in the shape of spaghetti. Enjoy Vitan organic spaghetti with delicious vegetarian or vegan sauces and fresh vegetables.

Glucomannan pasta from konjac root. Only 9 calories per 100g (in a bag = 24 calories).

Ingredients:Water, konjac flour* 3.40% (glucomannan 3.15%), oat fiber*,
* from controlled organic farming

Preparation:Pour the water out of the package. Rinse the contents 2-3 times under warm water. Heat the contents in a wok or pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sauce, herbs or vegetables or enjoy the rice in soup or salad.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
After opening and storing in water, this product will last up to 2 days.
