Beetroot sourdough is handmade from traditional lactic acid fermented vegetables by Mr. Vít Kabelek. The beets are delicately flavored with garlic, bay leaf, black pepper and allspice. Fermentation naturally preserves all the nutrients and vitamins from raw vegetables and at the same time naturally enriches them with lactobacilli. Mr. Kabelka does not use any preservatives or flavorings in the production, which is why this sourdough has a natural, mildly spicy taste.

NAME AND STORAGE: Unpasteurized beetroot sourdough. Store at a temperature of up to 5 °C. The product does not come from controlled organic farming.
