- INGREDIENTS: Rice flour (90%), water. Preparation: Soak the noodles in cold water for 15 minutes. Cook in water for 4-5 minutes. Strain through a colander and rinse with cold water to prevent them from sticking. Once done, add the noodles to the Phở soup. STORAGE CONDITIONS Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5-20°C.
