Tiger nuts, also known as ground almonds or chufa, are the tubers of a common plant, the chufa plant. Enjoy gluten-free whole grain rice cookies sweetened with rice syrup. Tiger nuts provide a slightly buttery flavor. Excellent with coffee, tea or cocoa.
